History
Pine Capital was born after more than fifteen years building ecommerce and software in Colombia: hundreds of projects, dozens of industries and one central lesson — real value lies in what you own, not in what you bill. The holding consolidates that experience into a long-term vehicle that creates, operates and grows its own assets.
The name
The pine grows vertical, puts down deep roots and passes through seasons without losing its shape. It is also a nod to its founder’s surname. Pine Capital carries both things in its name: origin and ambition.

Founder of Pine Capital. Software developer and investor focused on creating, acquiring and growing companies and digital assets. His work combines technology, operations and capital allocation with a long-term view.
